At Snyder Village, we want to see you succeed in your personal endeavors. As a way to support the growth of our employees and value the professional and personal development of our staff, Snyder Village offers tuition reimbursement.
Tuition reimbursement is available for education expenses such as course fees, technical training, certification programs, or other needed resources. Staff members who work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to apply for reimbursement. An eligible course is any program related to the staff member’s field of work or is applicable to Snyder Village. Examples may include HVAC, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, C.N.A, Nursing, HR, or Nursing Home Administration.
