Referral Program

Are you a current employee at Snyder Village and love your job? Do you want others to join our team and love their job as much as you do? You can refer new hires to join our team and receive a cash referral bonus!

The first half of the cash bonus will be applied to your paycheck after the new hire hits three months of employment with Snyder Village, with the remaining being applied after the new hire hits six months of employment.
