Our Culture
With roughly 450 residents residing on a 40+ acre campus, Snyder Village is an active, engaged community. The team behind it all is our wonderful employees – roughly 280 team members who serve in various roles, all working together for one mission.
Several departments make up the Snyder Village team, with the main ones being the Health Center (skilled nursing), Assisted Living, Therapy, Retirement Community, Home Care, Activities, Dining, Maintenance, and Administration.
Team building is encouraged throughout the various departments and is achieved through staff appreciation events, parties, and acknowledgements.
