Nursing Care at the Health Center

The Snyder Village Health Center opened in 1988 and has 104 beds, 27 of them dedicated to the Dementia Special Care Unit. Our facility offers both long-term care and short-term recovery following hospitalization. Services available to residents include dining and nutrition, social services, activities, laundry and housekeeping, skilled therapy (physical, speech, occupational), and an on-site beauty shop. The Health Center is recognized for its high nursing staff-to-resident ratio and all of our beds Medicare and Medicaid certified.
Family Support
We know it is not an easy decision to choose a health center for a loved one. We have a dedicated staff committed to assisting each resident and their family through the difficult transition period. We understand anxiety and concern can often overwhelm families. Comfortable lounges are located on each wing of the Health Center and provide a place for private family time.
