Memory Care at Snyder Village
Snyder Village offers a memory care program, available for those with early- to mid-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia or those with mid- to late-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia. Individuals will be assessed to determine the current need and appropriate program. Our all-inclusive program offers meals, housekeeping, and home maintenance.
The Memory Care program offers a full calendar of specialized activities for residents to help focus on slowing cognitive decline and promote physical activity.
Each day, residents also enjoy three nutritious, home-cooked meals, along with snacks and treats. Our Memory Care program offers secure outdoor space for residents to enjoy the peaceful rural surroundings and sunshine.
